Almost exclusively, easy, quick to tie and strong.Only problem is small hooks with very small eyes that wont take the doubled up line going through.

I tend to use the palomar for swivels. If they are very small swivels I generally use a 5 turn grinner.

Me too. Palomar, is a must. Like Estaban, unless I can't fit two lengths of line through the eye. These days I tend to look for hooks with eyes big enough
