Re: Redmire Pool limited edition print
I've seen one of these in the flesh so to speak and I can't say I liked it very much. There was something not quite right about it.
So not for me. :hat:

I know what you mean Snape, it doesn't do anything for me either.

I must say 850 is certainly a large number of prints for a limited run, please be careful if your bidding. I wouldn't like you to burn your fingers Regards Martin
Re: Redmire Pool limited edition print
850 isn't unusual for a limited run of an art print, but I wouldn't have wanted to pay £74.55 (the price it ended at) for that particular example!

I have to agree, it was a bit more than I would have paid.davyr wrote:850 isn't unusual for a limited run of an art print, but I wouldn't have wanted to pay £74.55 (the price it ended at) for that particular example!
Although, if that was CY in the print and he signed it for me, well......

Re: Redmire Pool limited edition print
Someone paid way too much, I've seen these go for under £20.... For me, as a collector of art, and someone who is fortunate to have stood exactly where that angler (not Yates, surely) is standing, the print doesn't capture the essence of the pool at all.
