Reels I recognized: ABU Cardinal (maybe a 33) and Ambidex No.1
He wrote about his Avocet rods somewhere.

Now we have an Honorary President would it be possible for some of our esteemed members to invite Chris to join the forum or at least pick up his pen and write a short post for the forum. I realise that this is asking a lot but it would be a fantastic addition to the forum.
