First there was none and as sure as eggs is eggs they start to come along just like the good old London bus. The guy I bought mine from had 2 copies. There are a wholesale catalogue from the very early 1960's if I had to guess.

If you have no grease with you, and your rings are full of ice, do not cut out the ice with a pen-knife but get your man to put the rings one by one in his mouth, and so to thaw the ice.
