Nice photo and what a catch of superb tench.
There is no peace on earth like the peace of fishing in the early mornings

Mike Wilson has sent me literally dozens and dozens of 60mm slides which I am converting to PC format for him, and he has kindly let me put whatever I want on the forum.Dave Burr wrote:Where are you getting these pictures from Mark? They are lovely to see.

Chance is always powerful. Let your hook be always cast; in the pool where you least expect it, there will be a fish

I remember night fishing Wraysbury in the late 60’s as a kid and he was fishing the next swim, he made us tea in the morning and helped my mate catch a 5lb tench, brilliant chap !!

I am sure it was Bob B and Len Arbery who fished together at a pit near Shepperton Studios, Addlestone Angling water. Where Bill Rushmer & I met them both whilst we also tench fished there.
A great picture of Bob with some very large tench.
I suspect that the pictures you are working on could make an excellent published photo-book!
