Dave, I can confirm that there was no talk of £20 notes for you for Christmas! There was however some banter that you would have enjoyed, including John's comments on choosing not to bring his Brolly, after it started pouring, it was memorable! :Hahaha:

I used to fish Thorndon years ago for the Pike and Eels.Two things come to mind,the long walk from the car park(way before barrows etc were around) and how spooky the place was at night.Surrounded by trees and bushes etc.Neither me or my fishing mates would fish alone at night. :Scared:
