Very enjoyable read, this forum is great for the inside knowledge and information you get, from the people who have or do fish some of the 'waters' which some of us have heard about and always wondered, what's the fishing like, or was, or.................... can one fish it !

Here are a couple of pictures of the Temple Pool, sorry about the quality but I took them over 50 years ago. Oh, there is one of one of its inhabitants.
Eagles may soar but I will never get sucked into a jet engine.

Hello All,
I haven't much knowledge of Temple Pool (Hexton Manor), but do have a picture you may find interesting:
This carp was caught from Temple Pool and is held by no other than our Honorary President, May Lang, although, according to the information provided with this print, it was actually caught by her then husband, the late Gerry Berth-Jones.
