Afther setting the forms, they appear to be off much off in fact.
They where spot on yesterday, when i finnished them.
Seem like the oil used to drill true the steel infected the hardwood.
Planning forms almost done, taper wanted.

That's an amazingly informative website Matt, sadly I still think it is beyond my skills to make a rod from scratch.Kingfisher wrote:I can't help with tapers but I have had this saved to my favourites page for a while and wondered if it would be of any use to you?

Emailed a couple of planing form makers and suppliers and they have a different calculator for the shipping cost Some take 170 $ for it.
And i found one that says its about 90$ and i only have to pay 75$ and he will pay the difference.
Seems some don`t think they don`t make enough money on the forms, so they want some more on the shipping.
(In the progress of selling, the company tools and transport, so there is a little extra money coming in soon to do this.)
