Bespoke Gudgeon Measure

Post by Moley »

Young Wallyboy threw a section of bamboo at me on Saturday....as is his want. He is a very naughty boy.

However, being a handy Mole the decision was made to turn said bit of Bamboo into a Gudgeon Measure...and it was so!

I'll stick to the as yet very underused fox measuring device. It's light, unobtrusive and, when in the pocket, cannot cause any confusion :eyebrow:

When I invaded this part of the world and found PDAS and the Wally, I realised I had need of a gudgeon gauge, so made one from a few bits lying around.
Here it is.

Very nice Moley, I made one a few years ago but alas, not needed it for the last 3 outings.

As usual, matchmen needed something special, they even wanted the LAA approval on it….
