Its been quite a while since i posted on this forum.
Over the past couple of years i have been collecting British floats and recently decided that they needed displaying.I thought the best way to go about this would be to use old float winders.I came across these 2 winders a while ago,and after a closer inspection realised that these were quite recently (within the last 30 years) made. I know and have seen winders made by Paul Cook but does anyone have any idea as to who made these 2?

I already have it along with his book on floats. i also have Keith Harwoods book and About floats published from clippings from the Fishing Gazette. It still doesn,t help me put a name to these winders.
