Hi everyone, thank you for all the welcome messages, sorry its taken so long to reply.
A little bit of info. about myself and my kit. I've not fished since I was in my twentys and I'm getting on a bit now. I've only had one rod and a couple of reels. My rod is a Milwards Craftversa, which was given to me in 1969 along with a Intrepid Supreme by my uncle (who lived in Redditch), my other reel is a mitchell 324.
I only found out how rare my rod is after searching the Internet and coming across this forum.
I have read many comments about the Craftversa and I am currently looking for another Milwards course rod to do some sort of a comparison, and I also feel a bit inadequate (kit wise) compared to some people on this forum.
Hopefully i will get a lot more fishing in now as I have retired,
