Traditional Ray Mumford Roach Pole.

Post by Fredline »

I bought this fibre glass pole for literally a couple of quid just to do this to it. It had to be the right colour to work and I think it works very well. It is a very light 21' over 7 sections.

If you have no grease with you, and your rings are full of ice, do not cut out the ice with a pen-knife but get your man to put the rings one by one in his mouth, and so to thaw the ice.

I think Ray would have been happy to use it himself John, well done! :Hat:

Look like an identical colour to the Milbro Coral Maestro!

Shouldn't that be "Lercing?"

I remember the Lerc poles well, mostly green ones though. Someone won a match in the local park using one to pull fish from the island margins. Within a month every kid in the park had one.
Nice work on the embellishment John, does it still all fit inside itself.

Wal.
