Lee of Redditch “The Teviot” 12ft three-piece split cane spinning rod, in good original condition, burgundy close whipped throughout, lined tip ring, bronze suction ferrule with stopper, 24” shaped cork handle with screw winch fitting, a great rod for salmon and pike spinning, or carp stalking.
The labels are missing; so I'll take the print with a grain of salt. Comments welcome. All in all, a lovely rod.

Re: Lee of Redditch Teviot
The 'Teviot' is a salmon river, a tributary of the Tweed. Perhaps it is a salmon fly rod?

Re: Lee of Redditch Teviot
Have to agree 12ft seems long for a spinning rod normally
8-10ft.
There are three things that improve with age: wine, friendship and water sense, and there's no short cut.

Re: Lee of Redditch Teviot
It could of course be both - spinner/fly - some were that versatile - or thought to be!
