Which Counties Have No Grayling?

Out of interest I wondered what Counties in the UK have no Grayling.

By no Grayling, I mean it's impossible to say "none", so lets say viable fishing.

I don't think there are any in Leicestershire.

They are on my bucket list, I wonder if they are still here?
