thanks mike,but cant access the pdf files and have looked at a lot of posts but cant get any further than it was made in june,but want to know the year.

They are listed in the Hardy bottom fishing catalogues from 1932 although the wall chart in the Hardy museum at Alnwick shows 1934 as the first year of manufacture so all a bit confusing. It’s safe to say 1928 is too early. I have a G10184 which is 1933. PaulF on this forum is the numbers man I’ll mention it to him for you.
