Back in my bailiff days I wrote a regular column for Angling Star and Jim was my editor, I can only substantiate that it's a good read. Did his top and bottom book ever get published, sadly I lost touch quite a few years ago.

Proof of .the pudd'n' :
Got this for Crimble from No1 Son. A good read but not as good as the Rising Antenna as it seems his heart is more in t'Waggler than t'Stick.
This latest book is good but mostly anecdotal and written by others or at least the stories of others.
Still good but the first book was un-,put-downable....it is that good.
