Pleasure Angle, signed copy!

The prodigal son moved to Ireland Dublin) a few months ago and left a good proportion of his fishing books under my care. Whilst perusing the designated shelf I came across this beauty, Pleasure Angle, by William Stevens, 1970. And to my surprise the prodigal bought a signed copy, to boot. Looks like great reading so I'll dip into it once I have a few jobs finished! Must be careful though, it looks a tad delicate down the poorly glued spine!

Anyone know anything about the author?

Started reading this book yesterday. What an excellent read it is! Does anyone know if this wee book has been republished by Medlar or others? It really is a little gem of a book, I would say up there with the best, including Walker and Yates, and deserves more recognition and would easily find its place on many traditional anglers book shelves.
