Afternoon guys

I ahve come across another weird looking floats

I actually thought it was a swingtip without eyes and then realised it is actually a float

Probably hand made no doubt but any advice would be really appreciated

Maybe someone was attempting to beat the unertow on a lake?

Yeah i thought it may have been a crude float aaptor
