Arun handle length

Hi all,
Could I trouble those Arun owners out there or others equally informed for some info regards the handle length of their rods?
Just went back to a second project rod acquired some time back and found its handle varied from the one I had already.
Both appear very much original.
One 23 and the other 26. 5 inches collar to end less button.
Is there a norm or do they all vary?
