'The Lost Photos'
My Gaffer was having a sort through the loft recently, in preparation for our long awaited 'downsizing'. And, bless her, she found a box of old medium format fishing slides from way back, which I thought had been lost to the ravages of house moves, marriage breakups etc. What a find!!!!!! Here are a few of the Honourable Yates, which I'd taken during our Hampshire Avon forays in the 80's, described in detail in 'The Deepening Pool' and 'River Diaries'. I hope you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed finding them again.

Lovely Colonel!
Little slices of history.
Little slices of history.
I walked across an empty land
I knew the pathway like the back of my hand
I felt the earth beneath my feet
Sat by the river and it made me complete.
