Happy birthday, Jeremy! What a splendid fish to celebrate the day with!

Many happy returns and catches Jeremy! It looks a substantial barbel - what weight would you put it at?

It weighed in at a tad over 8 lb. I actually thought it was going to weigh more and was hoping for my first double! Still a wonderful fish though and if that's my best of this season I shall be quite happy. It beat my previous pb by about 2 oz so im heading in the right direction!

Nicely done Jeremy! I've found the 7 to 9lb fish often fight above their weight and can fool you into thinking they are much bigger
