Suffice to say the three experts on the lake packed when they saw a small Fat Bloke catch all their fish in under four hours fishing.

No pies as they had been scoffed at lunch but tea and singing were heartily indulged in, and a six pack of Blue Ribband chocky biscuits were crunched loudly in between slurping the tea :Hat:

Methinks some take this angling lark a bit seriously.

It was a real pleasure to meet you at the fair Moley, and I maintain my initial assessment that the "Fatty" soubriquet is overstating the reality.
Anyway, to your last comment, I think that in respect of some of those people to whom you refer it's catching they take too seriously. Angling? I'm not sure some of them know what that is....
