Baby Vamp question.

Hi all,Can anyone tell me......Is a RHW Baby Vamp convertible to LHW or is the 3 screw badge just a removable maintenance cover ???

I'm not familiar with the reel but, if there's a three screw panel it will most likely be switchable, it is, after all, just a hole through the reel where the spindle goes.
