A Tench Fishers Dawn.

With The glorious 16th of June coming up this week I was thinking of an article I read years ago in the shooting times Fred J Taylors column the countrymen.

It was called "The Tench Fishers Dawn."

I have been trying to track that article down.
At one time I had all of Fred J Taylor's articles cut out and stapled together and that was one of my favourites.

Anyone got a copy or at least know the year that it was published?

The close season is an important and interesting time for the Angler who set out to catch big fish. It is a timely opportunity for him to make new tackle or renovate old. There are no end of jobs to do, apart from those horrible things called Gardens!
