A couple of Birthday carp.... I love to see the fish spawned out at this time of year.... It means the stress is over for another twelve months for both the carp and me. It also signals the start of the best stalking period at the fishery and the centrepin will hopefully have a few busy months ahead!
Commons of 21+ and 27+. You could probably add about four pounds to the weights if you caught them in September, when they're back at their peak after spawning...

Well I just pinched myself a few times but no, I'm not dreaming. It's time to start preparing my things for the trip of a lifetime. On Sunday I set forth towards Somewhereset in search of dreams. I feel quite giddy.
