hi guys, sorry, i,m back to pick your brains again,

i picked this pin up a while ago,, planning on using it for a bit of piking on my local canal, just wondering what make it is,, and if its suitable,, any advice is greatly appreciated,,

not seen one before ,but it looks as though its a russian/ukranian based on/copy (lettering around rear centre piece & the badge (#) of a G&Y avon royal supreame ,and looks soldierly built so it should be perfectly suitable .
I try to be funny... but sometimes I merely look it! Steve
