Wouldn't it be nice...

Post by Crucian »

Whilst sat beside a lake a few weeks ago, I thought how nice it would be to see the float slide away, followed by a nice fat tench rolling into the landing net.
Well, the float didn't slide away, but I kept imagining a lovely golden tench lying safely in the folds of a Crabtree style net.

So I decided to make one...

Very, very nice.
I love the curved frame and shaped brass.
Just wondering, what's the Turks head knot for?
