That is a great fish! And a great picture. It's wearing a grumpy expression as if it is feeling annoyed with itself for being caught
In order to shoot some close-ups, wildlife photographer ,the late Len Scapstillon, lured the orca to him by dressing as a seal.......

Nice. A chub of half that size I would be happy with.

BB, she was in superb condition, just a small nip in her tail which will help me to identify her again if I'm ever lucky to recapture it.BoltonBullfinch wrote: โSun Dec 15, 2019 12:56 pm That is a stunning fish, and it looks in immaculate condition.
My best chub looked like a real warhorse when I looked at it, I think it had been winding the local pike up.
Anyway, very well done.
Thanks
BB

Thank you. There are bigger chub here, I just need more time on the bank to scout around and of course a little luck.Jeremy Croxall wrote: โSun Dec 15, 2019 6:10 pm That's a chub! Well done on your PB, it's going to be difficult to beat I imagine? It's a beautiful looking fish too. Congratulations
