A rare fish indeed, I'd imagine most albino fish would be easy targets for predators but this one is obviously thriving, given its size it could spawn more of it's kind. I remeber catching a Tench which had a noticable purple sheen on it's flanks and its back was a dark greenish blue, the main thing I remember about it is just how slimy it was compared to other Tench, I thought it was ill but that theory was put to rest when I caught the same fish over a year later.
