Well done Moley.

Couple of years since I fished the Basingstoke Canal but you've whetted my appetite for a visit.
Have you tried the canal nr Fleet as according to the lads in Tackle Up, the perch coming out are big, the largest quoted as 'over three!!!'

Not tried this area for a long time but could take a stroll, with lure or float rod, in the near future :Hat:

I like perch as the bigger ones look so savage and striking in their winter colours.......splendid fish.

Cracking perch Mosley and a nice Rudd also, who says winters hard fishing
Some perch really look photogenic Ian and the rudd was a total surprise to me as they don't really show much at this time of year.

Not sure who this Mosley is though?

As ever,........

Moley (aka Mosley in certain parts!)
Say aye tae'a pie!
