Saw these posts and had to comment. I have Water Colours and Whilst My Float's Still Cocked. Great books, thoroughly enjoyed them, both enhanced by the first-class artworks in them.
It's not just about the fish, if waters are calm or rough, even if the net stays dry, just being there's enough.

Oh dear - looks like another fishy book that Ive never previously heard of is going to have to go on the list... spent the day so far immersed in the wonderful ‘Rising Antenna’ by Jim Baxter!!
Trouble is, the fish just don't read the books......
