It could be just pure coincidence, but that angler appears to know what he is doing and bears more than a passing resemblance to Bill Quinlan...

I couldn't agree more with those who feel its Bill Quinlan, just note the fag in his mouth, his features and cap typical Bill certainly a great angler.
