I have been flicking through a copy of The Carp study group booklet 3rd edition which I came across whilst sorting items, it was nice to read about the lakes at Dartford that I used to fish as a nipper. A few nice adverts in there as well.

This is instantly readable. The man has a great style.

If you have no grease with you, and your rings are full of ice, do not cut out the ice with a pen-knife but get your man to put the rings one by one in his mouth, and so to thaw the ice.
