A few Roach Books
I have been lacking a good roach book in my angling library so this week I treated myself to a few, they have all arrived and after quick flick through they do look rather nice books. That's some reading I have over the winter months.

Re: A few Roach Books
You'll have many a troubled night when you start reading about big roach Mark. I dare say that come February you'll be stood by a river with hope in your heart ..... and cold fingers.
Enjoy your books

Re: A few Roach Books
Oh you’ve got some wonderful books there! Endless, endless images of monster roach (my favourite fish by a country mile!).
We’ll find you down at Wilton Bridge this winter I suspect Dave, after reading that lot?

I need a magnifying glass to read the above -- but an excellent and rare book.

Just looking at the cover illustrations invites you to delve deeper into them.

Here’s my winter read on roach inspired by this thread and picked up on the bay for a very reasonable price

Re: A few Roach Books
Just looked at that - without my magnifying glass --- But picked it up again to read the adjoining book on the shelf -- "The Book of the Roach" by Grenville Fennel from 1884! Very small book - small print as well!
Sorry but must have mixed up the books in my previous post -- old age!
