Retailer's fly display box with Grayling image

I'm not 100% sure but I think this is a retailer's display box for the sale of flies.
The latin name used for the Grayling on the box is "invalid" (Thymallus Vulgaris, Nilsson 1832) as the name adopted by science is that suggested by Linnaeus in 1758, Thymallus Thymallus.
What do they know of fishing who know only one fish and one way to fish for him?
