I always like watching other members tackle, so I thought I could share mine. We recently moved into our house and I finally found a place for a little man cave. Since my grandmother died in 2015 I was waiting for such a room to place the old cabinet of my long gone grandfather. It was de-mounted since years and today I called it time for a resurrection. And that is for my reels also. A lot of them I had already forgotten since I packed them away (they always didn't please my wife in our former living room ).
And see what we have got there:
1st shelf
A Mitchell 300 1st version (I think) and a later version
Mitchell 308's and 408 plus a variety of spools shallow and deep - metal and plastic even with boxes
A Mitchell Match 840
DAM Microlite
A Pezon et Michel Luxor luxe reel (very special as it already has a bail arm that can be closed by hand and not by turning)
Hardy Altex No 2
ABU Garcia 44 1st and second version
DAM 330 gold version (never seen another nor did the known collectors)
DAM 330 1st generation and along a few spools metal and plastic even with their reducers
DAM 220 and 221 with spools in ultra-rare pristine condition
2nd shelf
ABU Garcia multipliers SEVEN and Ambassadeur 5600C red bar
DAM 110N (brand-new and unused)
Allcocks Flick'em perfection in 3.75" and 4" (I just love using them)
Alcocks Aerial C0815 3.75" early version (My to-go pike reel)
Allcocks Match Aerial with adopted full line cage
A Fred Crouch Trotter 3.75" x 1"
Youngs Trudex (used to be my trotting reel along with the Aerial)
3rd shelf
Allcocks Marvel fly reel
Allcocks brass fly reel 3" (I think)
Foster Brothers of Ashbourne brass fly reel 2.75" (I think)
small unbranded brass reel (ancient fishing reel)
Hardy Cascapedia 1/2/3
ABU Garcia Gold Max closed face reel
ABU Garcia 506 early version
ABU Garcia 505
DAIWA 125M
DAIWA 120M
bottom shelf
a bit more modern fly tackle and a
Ryobi Powerful DX No.1 spin fishing reel
Kelly Kettle Scout - aluminium version
And here to compare 1st and second version ABU Cardinal 44 (at least to my poor knowledge)
Somehow a shame that I do not fish most of them anymore. If there's a piece that you are long after just drop me a pm. There is also a few DAM spares.

Good old collection there - it’s a shame you (at the moment) do not use a lot of them - I tend to swap mine about a tad so they all get used- as intended - now you can actually see them I am sure you will want to give them a spin.

That's a lovely cabinet. I'm glad you posted photos of your reels, I don't feel so bad about my much smaller collection.

What a lovely collection you've got there, Chris!
Now that you've finally moved into your new house, you might find the time for a get together in Bamberg. Your reels would probably like it here ...

What a lovely collection and that cabinet shows them off very nicely. I am pleased that you have what should be at the heart of any Traditional fishermans world... Mr Crabtree.
