Just bought one of these and would like to know what you think of them ?

It,s had very little use, but was loaded with about 300 yards of 15lb line.

Very underrated reels. I have the Leeds and its perfect for fishing down the edge for carps. I would say the only downfall is the lack of ratchet and the foot is a little thick which can cause issues on some rods.

This one has a ratchet but no clutch.

From what i have found out the reel was the top of the range Lewtham when it was made back in 2003 and sold for £140 or £170 with a wooden box.

Here,s a review from 31/03/2003

I have a black one and it burns your finger when braking the spool with your thumb/finger due to the milled edge. Apart from that a very smooth reel.
