this three piece (10ft?) rod has come out of a bag of bits ,and in a very poor state

it has a label but theres no other indication ,its a whole cane butt & middle with a wooden tip (greenheart ?) and has coil wound eyes .it might be a fly rod .it might have a shortened handle but its hard too tell as its in such poor state from the fittings i'd say it was a cheap model as theres no quality too them

I think its either a fly rod or child's rod .If I've enough spare parts it may get rebuilt to become a gudgeon rod.
