My first Ambidex

Post by EssexMark »

I recently bought my first Ambidex and today had a chance to have a proper look at it, clean up, and service. It's a little swan neck mk 6 in blue. I have to say it's a delightful little reel and really pleased with it. I'm new to traditional angling and someone recommended me getting one and I'm pleased I did

Congratulations on your purchase. I am sure it will prove to be a very useful addition to your fishing tackle and will help you catch plenty of fish :Thumb:

And so it begins..... I suspect most of the forum who own an Ambidex have more than one.
The swan neck Mk6 was a good choice and is a nice reel .
I wish you many years of happy usage

I have the blue swan neck Mark 6 and it is indeed a lovely reel.

However, I only own one Ambidex ....... surely my Sealey Flocast Mark 8 doesn’t count? :Chuckle:
