New to the Forum
Have been a fairly regular visitor to the forum since I started collecting old cane fly rods about 5 years ago, and very pleased to be allowed in. Amazed by the sheer breadth of knowledge here and will look to utilise it, especially in my latest area of interest, namely vintage cane coarse fishing rods. Haven’t rebuilt or used one one since I broke my Allcocks Record Breaker Deluxe about 50 years ago, so I have a lot of catching up to do! Please be patient until I get up to speed!

There are three things that improve with age: wine, friendship and water sense, and there's no short cut.
