Guidesnblanks describe them as "tubed Hopton rings".

A seller on eBay has the rings as described by Greentura above, for sale.

As does Olivers - but "legless".

These have legs but no tube, I’ve had them in clear, amberfin and red, that eBay seller is FWK88, I’ve bough a few from him too

Olivers - 'Faldecourt' - have a 'tubed with no legs' one on eBay.

Yes, I’ve bought direct from him often, Oliver’s rods, bought from Ted Oliver, Peter Johnson, lovely guy and very helpful👍
