No, it was out in the direction of the Huntspill River area I seem to recall. Only fished it the once.

Does anyone that has fished the River Parrett around the Langport area remember a place called The Foxhole, about a mile outside Langport? It was a wonderfully rustic built by the owner with help from the locals over many years and was aimed at offering Angling holiday accommodation to fishermen and their families. I stayed there a number of times in the early eighties after seeing it advertised in ether the Angling Times or the Anglers Mail. Can't find any trace of the place now, searched the Internet but no joy. I'd guess the couple that ran it are long gone but they had a son and a daughter who might have taken it over. Love to hear from anyone with any information.
