I thought I had paid too much.

Post by Fredline »

I bought this bundle of floats after offering the seller £25 and then worried that I may have overpaid. The picture was not the best but I took a punt as they looked in good condition. They turned up today and I definitely did not pay too much as there were far more than pictured. There are 60 new Belglow floats all marked, 8 Auger Nevamiss in packets and loads of others. 3 agate lined tip rings and a dozen high bells rings also fell out of the bundle wrapped around 2 swing tips. A good day.

If you have no grease with you, and your rings are full of ice, do not cut out the ice with a pen-knife but get your man to put the rings one by one in his mouth, and so to thaw the ice.

You've hit the jackpot there John. They'll go down well :Chuckle: at Redditch.

Very nice John. It could take years to put together a group of floats that good.

What a result!
I think a couple of Beglow self cocking float copies need to be made ready for the start of the season.
