Ok - missing.
A metal ring/spring held in by solid ring/washer screwed in by a screw/bolt through the lowest hole!
It is split on either side of the ratchet. The dimensions on the ring are etched on you backplate.
So 3 items missing the spring - the internal washer/retainer - and knob exactly like the upper one>
best I can say.

Morning Steve.

Hope this helps. I use Autosol to clean alloy reels, nothing too abrasive, apply with a piece of kitchen paper.

The good angler is not the one with expensive equipment. Common sense, observation and trying to realize
what is happening above and below water will catch fish no matter what price equipment you fish with.
