I came across this picture on the tuesday swim website

And thought that looks very nice, i had been looking for a similar type thing and tried most art type places (paint brush holders are similar)
Anyway i found them available from here http://www.chowsemporium.co.uk/chows/Em ... Beige.html

Thought this might be of use to some people on here it just kind of looks really right.

Now that is bizarre! I was just about to post a picture of mine which I received in the post today (a dissecting instruments canvas roll) and have filled with some still water floats. I think I am going to put a piece of flat wood in as well to give it a bit of a backbone.

Inspired by that, I just found, and ordered, one of these off eBay.

Yep, that's the exact one I ordered.

An excellent idea. Mine are currently wrapped in kitchen roll, so anything would be an improvement

I, too, ordered one of these from ebay ...

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/INSTRUMENT-Ro ... 416a25f3bd

Sadly, the seller did not mention in the details that although it was a "used" item, mine arrived a different colour (not a problem) and also had felt tip penned stencilled "4"'s on main body and flap ... and an indelibly imprinted stamp from an educational institution in Weybridge on both main body and flap. I probably wouldn't have bought if it had been stated ... but at the price I'll still use it ... after trying to bleach out the writing.

I simply mention it in case anyone else looks one out.

Update on my last post ....

The seller responded to my contact on ebay with an offer to send me another free of charge ... and tole me to keep the one with the writing on.

That's service.
