first srewed in tip ring

Hi Mates,
I am Csaba from Hungary. I am writting a book about swing tipping and its history. I have read Fred Foster's book wich is very good.
I know that swing tipping was invented by Jack Calyton. But his swing tip was build into the rod. Do you know who invented screwed in tip ring and changable swingtips?
The first swingtip rod was made by Clayton's company. But who was the second and third? Some people said to me Ernest Stamford. As i know his rod's tip ring was srewed in, but i do not know when he was made that.
