Hello Everyone



Had a bit of a result last Saturday at my local car boot sale, I picked up 1 Efgeeco front rod rest and a rear efgeeco head with homemade bankstick, both for £1.50. Plus a Stephens of Birmingham Rod holdall the one with the velcro at the top, I remember having one of these back in the 80's. Unbelievably! I picked this up for a £1. Just need 3 rod tubes to go in it.
That was a good day!

Fantastic, that holdall looks like new!

Thank you Mark. They were very popular at the time and kept the rods dry.

Some great items, well done! Car boot sales can turn up some great traditional items, sometimes!

What a brilliant result you have had, that rod holdall looks unused and I remember having one by Stephens many years ago. It just goes to show that the bargains are out there to be had, I do love a look around a car boot sale.

I really need to start going to car boot sales! What a tremendous rod bag for a superb price!
