Re: KELLY KETTLE
Hi Shaun - that's what Dick Walker told me (in a 1980 letter) when I asked him how he got to spend so much time at Redmire when he had four children! - It's all great stuff - that Chinese you cooked looks the business - I'd be wanting to wash it down with a bottle or two of red.....never mind the fishing or the mortgage....
Trouble is, the fish just don't read the books......

The one on the right is the one I brew in or do my porridge when travelling light. On natural fire of course. I quite like the lived in blackened look. Less fish scary.

The hobo look is fine with me Shaun,
they are good mugs.I have on order a toaks titanium mug with lid 650ml this is the smallest size that a gas canister will fit into.

I failed to point out that they are great for a mini on the bank BBQ too.
Re: KELLY KETTLE
I use a flask and I also use the kelly kettle. A couple of years ago I was running the Clay Pidgeon Range at work. I went on a course with the Army in range safety and the kelly would come out quite often when teaching students or hosting divisional days. I fired mine up the other day to test it before the summer camping holiday.
