Nice picture Leigh.
Drop shotting looks like great but I've yet to get a bite with it, give me a spinner any day.

Re: Coventry Canal - Tamworth
Dropshotting is an effective way for zander and perch, sometimes even roach.
It`s of origan from japan i think, and very populaire here on this site of the pool.
There are complete competitions called streetfishing.
Most of the time done in busy surroundings, like towns and so on.
Ive done it a few times, but the pease and serenity of nature was calling me back

Let me know when you are there next leigh and I'd be happy to join you, I've not fished a canal for a very long time
Chance is always powerful. Let your hook be always cast; in the pool where you least expect it, there will be a fish
