Gents, I am toying with the idea of a trip to Lemmington Lakes. With the Tench filled Sunset lake my likely destination :fishing1:
Bumble has kindly passed on a few nuggets of info. Has any one else fished here? How extensive is the tackle shop on site? Do they sell maggots?
Thanks LL.

It is only 12 miles from me but I have never fished it but the idea of a tench only pool sounds appealing.
I'll be interested to hear how you get on.

Just finished loading the van, new line on a couple of reels, bait out of the freezer.
Off to Lemington in the morning.
Let hope the Tincas are hungry!

I've gone for a mixed particle bait, corn, hemp, stewed wheat, prawns. Also have luncheon meat and maggots are available on site.
What are your favorite Tench baits? Have I missed a trick?

I would take some small red worms or buy them there I would also put a tin of condensed milk in with the particle bait awesome mixture.
